All events must have a signed agreement in order to be considered valid. We reserve the right to confirm only those agreements that have been signed and dated by both parties. All prices are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is required prior to delivery and full payment is due upon delivery.

• Minumum rental with delivery is $300

*Pricing is based on single item rentals, multiple rentals will have adjusted pricing

• Deliveries rates are based on Mon thru Fri drop off and pick ups
• Early deliveries ( before 9am) and late deliveries ( after 4pm) will be subject to additional fees
• Additional delivery fees will be applied for outside the greater Tucson area, to be determined by Eagle Vending
• Deliveries to multi-level locations are subject to Eagle Vendings discretion
• All prices are for single day rentals, multi day rentals are available for additional fees
